Out of the over 2200 entries into the 2023 United States Cheese Championship, an entry by Roelli Cheese of Shullsburg has been recognized. Roelli Haus Select Cheddar has been judged to be in the top 20 best in show.
Roelli Haus Select Cheddar won Class 6: Traditional Waxed Cheddar-Mild to Medium aged then went head-to-head with all the other Class winners to be placed in the Top 20 on Wednesday 2/22. Announcement was made of the second and first runner ups, and Best in Show.
